Music Production Accelerator 3.0 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in the Music Production Accelerator 3.0 ("Program"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. The Program

The Music Production Accelerator 3.0 is an educational training, coaching and mentorship program provided by EDM Tips LTD.

The Program includes a combination of educational content, live coaching sessions, feedback opportunities, community access, resources and implementation support.

The Program is designed to help participants improve their music production skills and complete original music projects. No specific outcome, release, signing, income level or career result is guaranteed.

2. Access and Inclusions

Your purchase includes:

Access to the Music Production Accelerator 3.0 curriculum
Access to live coaching and implementation support during the Founding Cohort period
Structured feedback opportunities as outlined in the Program
Access to the Accelerator Community
Access to resources, templates and bonus materials included within the Program
Lifetime access to the curriculum and future curriculum updates
Lifetime access to the Accelerator Community, subject to community rules and continued operation of the platform

Live coaching, office hours, track clinics, implementation support and cohort-based activities are limited to the support period advertised at the time of purchase and are not provided indefinitely.

3. Payment

Payment may be made in full or via an approved payment plan.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to participate in the Program, attend sessions, complete assignments or access the materials does not cancel your payment obligations.

EDM Tips reserves the right to suspend access to the Program if payments become overdue.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-Day Action Guarantee.

If, within 14 days of purchase, you:

Complete the onboarding process
Begin working through the Program materials
Make a genuine effort to implement the system

and you feel the Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund by contacting support@edmtips.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of EDM Tips where there is evidence of genuine participation and implementation.

5. Community Conduct

Participants agree to treat fellow members, coaches and staff respectfully.

EDM Tips reserves the right to remove any participant from the community, coaching sessions or Program without refund if their behaviour is abusive, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate or detrimental to the experience of other members.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, videos, documents, templates, recordings, resources and content remain the intellectual property of EDM Tips.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, shared, sold, licensed, uploaded elsewhere or made available to third parties without prior written permission.

Access is granted to the purchaser only.

7. Session Recordings

Live coaching sessions, office hours, workshops and other Program events may be recorded.

By participating in the Program, you consent to such recordings being used for educational purposes within the Program and community.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

Success within music production depends on many factors, including experience, effort, consistency, implementation, creative ability, available time and external opportunities.

EDM Tips makes no guarantee regarding:

Record label signings
Music releases
Streaming results
Chart positions
Income
Career outcomes
Audience growth

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

9. Changes to the Program

EDM Tips reserves the right to improve, modify, update or replace Program content, resources, delivery methods, coaches, schedules and curriculum where necessary to improve the student experience.

Any material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

10. Alumni, Additional Coaching and Future Services

Any future coaching programs, mentorship programs, alumni memberships, advanced coaching or additional services are separate offerings unless explicitly stated as included.

Purchase of the Program does not guarantee access to future paid services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDM Tips LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

The Program is educational in nature and all implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the participant.
