Advanced Mentorship – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in the Advanced Mentorship (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. The Program

The Advanced Mentorship is an educational music production training, coaching and mentorship program provided by EDM Tips LTD (“EDM Tips”, “we”, “us”).

The Program includes the Music Production Accelerator 3.0 together with 12 months of personalised private coaching and mentorship.

The Program is designed to help participants improve their music production skills, develop an effective production process, complete original music projects and make continued progress towards their individual music goals.

No specific release, record-label signing, streaming result, income level or career outcome is promised or guaranteed.

2. Access and Inclusions

Your purchase includes:

Lifetime access to the Music Production Accelerator curriculum and future curriculum updates.
Lifetime access to the Accelerator Community, subject to these Terms, community rules and continued operation of the community/platform.
Access to the resources, templates, project files and other materials included within the Accelerator.
12 months of coaching and support from your agreed Program start date.
An initial 90-day R.A.P.I.D. Implementation period, including access to R.A.P.I.D. Implementation Clinics, Office Hours and five structured R.A.P.I.D. Checkpoint feedback opportunities.
24 private 1-to-1 coaching and mentorship sessions to be used during your 12-month Advanced Mentorship period. This allocation includes the 1-to-1 Momentum Session that forms part of your Accelerator journey.
A dedicated music production coach/mentor selected by EDM Tips based on factors including your music, goals, genre, experience and coach availability.
Personalised production guidance, feedback, assignments and accountability throughout your mentorship.
Advanced feedback and guidance on areas such as composition, arrangement, sound design, mixing and mastering, according to your individual needs.
Alumni coaching and support for the remainder of your 12-month support period following your initial 90-day R.A.P.I.D. Implementation period.
3. 90-Day R.A.P.I.D. Implementation

Your initial R.A.P.I.D. Implementation period runs for 90 consecutive calendar days from your agreed Program start date.

During this period, you may use the R.A.P.I.D. Checkpoint System and participate in the applicable Accelerator Implementation Clinics and Office Hours alongside your private mentorship.

At the end of the 90-day period, you will transition from R.A.P.I.D. Implementation into the Alumni phase of the Accelerator for the remainder of your 12-month support period.

R.A.P.I.D. Checkpoint feedback opportunities are intended to be used during the initial 90-day period and do not automatically carry over into the subsequent Alumni period.

Periods in which you choose not to participate, submit work or attend sessions do not automatically extend either your 90-day R.A.P.I.D. Implementation period or your overall 12-month support period unless otherwise agreed by EDM Tips in writing.

4. Private Mentorship Sessions

The Program includes a total of 24 private 1-to-1 coaching and mentorship sessions, available for use during your 12-month Advanced Mentorship period.

The 1-to-1 Momentum Session included as part of the Music Production Accelerator counts as one of these 24 sessions. It is not an additional session.

Sessions will be scheduled at mutually available times between you and your assigned mentor.

All 24 sessions must be used within 12 months of your agreed Program start date, unless an extension is expressly agreed by EDM Tips in writing.

Unused sessions expire at the end of the 12-month mentorship period and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits, other products or services.

Participants are responsible for booking and making reasonable use of their available sessions during the mentorship period.

5. Rescheduling and Missed Private Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private mentorship session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or sessions that you fail to attend without notice, may be treated as used.

If your mentor or EDM Tips needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will not be deducted from your remaining allocation and an alternative opportunity to book it will be provided.

Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in restrictions on advance booking.

6. Mentors and Coach Changes

EDM Tips will assign a suitable coach or mentor based on factors including your musical goals, genre, experience, requirements and coach availability.

While we aim to provide continuity with the same mentor throughout the Program, a particular individual coach is not guaranteed for the entire 12-month period.

EDM Tips may replace or reassign a mentor where reasonably necessary due to availability, illness, departure, scheduling, suitability or other operational circumstances.

Where a change is required, we will endeavour to provide a suitably qualified replacement and maintain continuity in your mentorship.

7. Personalised Coaching and Participant Responsibilities

Advanced Mentorship is personalised according to your current ability, music, goals and progress.

Your mentor may recommend exercises, assignments, production work or other actions intended to support your development.

Participants remain responsible for completing their own work, implementing feedback, attending sessions and making use of the support provided.

The nature and pace of the mentorship will therefore vary between participants.

Mentorship and feedback are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute a guarantee that your music will achieve any particular commercial, professional or artistic result.

8. Payment

Payment may be made in full or through an approved payment plan.

If you select a payment plan, you are purchasing the complete Advanced Mentorship Program for the full agreed purchase price, with payment being made in instalments.

A payment plan is not a monthly subscription and cannot be cancelled simply by discontinuing participation.

You agree to make all scheduled payments when due.

Failure to participate, attend sessions, complete assignments, submit work or access Program materials does not cancel your payment obligations.

If a payment becomes overdue, EDM Tips reserves the right to suspend access to coaching, mentorship or some or all Program services until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, the Advanced Mentorship does not include a contractual money-back guarantee.

Once access to the Program and/or delivery of its services has begun, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Choosing not to participate, changing your goals, failing to book or attend available mentorship sessions, or being unable to complete the Program within the applicable access period does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Where applicable consumer law provides you with a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived, those statutory rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Live Coaching and Availability

Accelerator and Alumni group coaching sessions, Office Hours and other Program events are provided according to schedules published by EDM Tips and may occasionally be rescheduled due to holidays, illness, coach availability or other operational circumstances.

EDM Tips may use different suitably qualified coaches to deliver group coaching, feedback and other elements of the Program.

Participants are responsible for making use of the coaching and support available during each applicable phase of the Program.

Missed group sessions do not create an entitlement to replacement private coaching, refunds or an extension of the Program.

11. Community Conduct

Participants agree to treat fellow students, coaches and staff respectfully.

EDM Tips reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant from coaching sessions, the community or the Program where their behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, persistently disruptive, unlawful or otherwise materially detrimental to other participants, coaches or the operation of the Program.

Where reasonably possible, proportionate action will be taken having regard to the circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including videos, lessons, documents, frameworks, templates, recordings, resources and other educational content, remain the intellectual property of EDM Tips LTD or its applicable licensors.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own educational purposes.

Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, publicly shared, uploaded elsewhere or made available to third parties without prior written permission.

Program access and private mentorship sessions may not be transferred to or shared with another person.

13. Session Recordings

Group coaching sessions, Office Hours, workshops and other Program events may be recorded and made available to current or future Program participants for educational purposes.

By participating in a recorded group session, you acknowledge that your voice, screen name, submitted music, comments or other contributions may appear in the recording.

Private 1-to-1 mentorship sessions will not be made available to other students unless separately agreed with you.

Any use of identifiable participant recordings for public marketing or promotional purposes will be subject to any additional permissions required by applicable law.

14. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

Progress and results depend on numerous factors including existing experience, effort, consistency, implementation, available time, creative decisions and external opportunities outside EDM Tips' control.

EDM Tips does not guarantee:

Record-label signings or releases
Introductions to or acceptance by record labels or other industry professionals
Streaming numbers or chart positions
Income or commercial success
Audience growth
Employment or professional opportunities
Any particular career outcome

Testimonials, reviews and case studies represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.

15. Changes to the Program

EDM Tips continually develops and improves its training and services.

We may reasonably update or modify Program content, curriculum, resources, coaches, schedules, technology or delivery methods.

Where changes are made, we will endeavour to ensure that the overall substance and value of the Program purchased are not materially reduced.

16. End of the 12-Month Mentorship Period

Your private Advanced Mentorship, 24-session allocation and included coaching/support period end 12 months after your agreed Program start date, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Your applicable lifetime access to the Accelerator curriculum, future curriculum updates and Accelerator Community continues after this date, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the relevant platforms/services.

Continued Alumni membership, additional private coaching, mentorship or other services may be available as separate paid offerings after your included 12-month period.

These additional services are not included in your original purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, EDM Tips LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program, including loss of income, business opportunities, anticipated savings or commercial success.

The Program provides education, coaching, mentorship and feedback. Decisions concerning your music, releases, career, business and implementation remain your responsibility.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you in the country in which you reside.
