The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Music Production Accelerator program presented by EDM Tips Ltd. (“Company”). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully.

By accessing and using the Program Portal/Membership Site, you agree that your use of our Site, participation in the Program, and use of Program materials are governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Music Production Accelerator (“Program”) is delivered online and includes a structured curriculum, customized mentorship, and accountability coaching.

You will gain access to this support via a private online community, enabling you to connect with other aspiring and established electronic music producers and receive strategic, high-level guidance when you need it.

What’s Included:

• Immediate access to our private community, weekly coaching calls with our certified coaches, and the program portal.
• Weekly Group Coaching Calls led by experienced music production coaches.
• Access to a private community where you’ll receive support and guidance, along with the accountability of your peers.
• Video Modules to supplement your live mentoring calls, covering all aspects of music production, from ideation to mastering.
• Access to industry-specific resources, templates, and frameworks tailored to electronic music production.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive and productive experience. Thus, the Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if you:

• Become disruptive or difficult to work with;
• Fail to follow the program guidelines;
• Impair the participation of our instructors or other participants.

1 Content:
• Program content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without express written consent from the Company.
• All materials, templates, videos, and frameworks are proprietary and confidential, and unauthorized use, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
• The information contained in the program material is strictly for educational purposes. You acknowledge that you are taking full responsibility for your application of the content.

2 Privacy & Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree:
• Not to infringe any Program participant’s or the Company's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
• Not to disclose any Confidential Information shared by fellow participants or representatives of the Company;
• To respect the confidentiality of personal and business information shared within the community and refrain from using it for any purpose outside of the Program.

3 No Solicitation of Competing Services:
• The Music Production Accelerator is a dedicated learning environment. Soliciting or promoting competing services, courses, or coaching programs within the community is strictly prohibited.
• This includes direct outreach to members, posting promotional content in group forums, or sharing affiliate links that might detract from the program’s focus and objectives.
• Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

4 Interactive Features & Community Conduct:
• The Program may host community groups, message boards, and other interactive forums. You agree not to:
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the site and community resources;
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or profane content;
• Advertise or solicit to anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind without express written approval from the Company.

5 Membership and Fees: • The program operates under a “No Refund” policy. No refunds will be granted at any time or for any reason.
• If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in accordance with the schedule set at enrollment. Missed or late payments may result in restricted access to program materials and coaching sessions until your account is brought current.
• All coaching calls and program features must be used within a 12-month period from your official start date. Extensions will not be granted except under extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Company.

6 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification:
• Under no circumstances shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the program materials or services.

7 License and Use of Program Materials:
• The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not distribute, copy, modify, sublicense, or transfer any Program materials without express written permission from the Company.

8 Dispute Resolution:
• All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and governed by English law.
• You agree to resolve any disputes with the Company on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

By enrolling in the Music Production Accelerator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Enrollment.
